Splash Time

Looks like somebody's in a Mewtwo mood! I made him look too shiny by accident, which is why I added the water. I don't know who he's fighting, but do know where he's fighting: the ocean! By the way, he's repelling a Hydro Pump, not actually using it himself.

I'll leave it up to you to decide the opponent. Maybe a water type or some other pokemon that can use water moves.

EDIT: Geez! I didn't think this would be my next most popular deviation!
